Now hiring — Southern California

The appointments are already on your calendar.

We present at schools across Los Angeles County every week, and educators book time with us on the spot. What we need are agents to sit down with them. If you are licensed and you can close, the hardest part of this business is already handled.

CalSTRS & CalPERSOne niche, learned properly. Not a generic book of business.
Warm onlyAppointments set by our schedulers from live school presentations.
CommissionPaid on production, with no cap and no territory limits.
Built systemsCRM, scheduling, processing and post-close already run.
What the role actually is

You run the meeting. We run everything else.

01

We fill the calendar

Our team presents at school sites across the county. Staff sign up for a retirement review on the day. Schedulers call them, book them, confirm them, and remind them. You get a confirmed appointment with someone who asked to speak with us.

02

You do the review

Sit down with the client, in person or over Zoom, and walk through their pension, their supplemental accounts and what their actual numbers look like. Most people have never had this explained to them once in a thirty-year career.

03

Someone else does the paperwork

Applications go to a processor. Carrier follow-up, policy delivery and the post-close review cycle are handled without you chasing them. Your job stays in front of clients rather than inside a filing system.

Straight about the money

This is a commission role. There is no salary and no draw, and what you earn depends entirely on what you write. You are paid on pension transfers and on life insurance, and target income for an agent working our appointments is $90,000 to $150,000 a year. A new agent takes time to get there, and some months are better than others. We would rather say that plainly now than have you find it out in month three.

Who we are looking for

A current California Life and Health license is what moves an application to the front. If you are studying for it or waiting on your number, apply anyway and say so — we sponsor the right people through it, it simply takes longer before you can write.

Beyond the license, the job asks for the same few things it has always asked for. You can hold a real conversation with a teacher who is nervous about money. You do what you said you would do, on the day you said you would do it. You are willing to drive across Los Angeles for a meeting that matters. And you would rather learn one system deeply than sell nine products badly.

Experience in financial services helps and is not required. Some of the strongest people on this team came from teaching, from public service, and from industries with nothing to do with insurance.
